At Syrenne, every piece is carefully crafted with close attention to detail and we are dedicated to ensuring the best quality of each product we ship, with no defects and built to last a long time.

If you have any problems with your jewellery please contact us at info@shop-syrenne.com. We are more than happy to help. In case of a defective product we can offer you a replacement piece free of charge or a store credit to buy a another piece if the original purchase is no longer available. 

Please be aware that if the problem is caused by accidental damage, accelerated wear an tear from misuse, our warranty will not cover it. Also, we cannot guarantee that the gold-plating of our items will last forever. Gold-plated items are, by their nature, more fragile and susceptible to lose color over time. The speed at which this color fades will depend on various factors, such as the use of chemical products on the skin, how much the wearer sweats, or even the pH level of the individual’s skin.
