PRE-ORDERS 

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO WAIT?

The delivery depends on the item you have pre-ordered. Please refer to the time stated on each product page or contact customer services on info@syrenne.com.

HOW TO CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER

You can cancel your reservation up until the item enters the shipping process, in general 6 days before the currently scheduled release date. To cancel an order, go to your pre-order reservation details and click on the “cancel order” button.  Please note that you will need your pre-order reference number and associated email address on file to access your order details page. If there is no “cancel order” button, it means your pre-ordered item has entered the shipping process and the reservation can no longer be canceled.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

DO SYRENNE PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY?

Yes, Syrenne products do have warranty. For more information on warranties and how to request warranty on a product, please find visite our Warranty page here.

 

RETURNS

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN? 

You have 30 days to return you item. All products must be unworn and undamaged. Visit our returns page.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

It can take up to 15 days to process your refund once we have received the package. We will send you an email with the confirmation.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Get it touch with our customer service and we will send you all details to proceed to the return.

 

PAYMENT 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or Pay Pal.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You can apply a discount code to your order on the check out.

 

ORDERS & TRACKING

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking information on your order will become available 1–5 business days after it has been placed, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

CAN MY ORDER BE GIFTED WRAPPED?

All orders have the option of requesting a gift wrap to be included with the purchase. In some case the gift option may come as an extra cost to the order.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Get in touch with our customer service. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipping carrier has dropped them at your address.

 

SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship our orders from United Kingdom or Portugal. Please note we do not have any store locations and cannot facilitate pick-ups or customer support in person.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

The order will take between 3-5 days to Europe. All rest of the countries will take between 5-7 days. We have available the next delivery for all items.
