You order will be prepared and shipped as soon as we can. Please allow between 2-5 days for it to be shipped. Our shipping is free for the United Kingdom and Portugal. We offer a lot of great shipping options for all over the world, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Standard Delivery: 2-5 days – Free shipping.

Next Day Delivery: Next working day delivery, fully tracked - €5.00 for all orders.

 

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2-5 days – Free shipping.

Next Day Delivery: Next working day delivery, fully tracked - £7.50 for all orders.

 

European Shipping

EU Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days. €7.50 or FREE for orders over €75.00.

EU Express Delivery: 2-3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed - €10.00 for all orders.

 

Global Shipping

Standard Delivery – 5-7 working days, fully tracked and signed - $7,50 or Free On Orders Over $75,00.

Express Delivery – 2/3 days delivery, fully tracked and signed - $10,00 for all orders

 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES


EUROPE


Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Other international shipments:
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Syrenne does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.


FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES


Syrenne does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Syrenne. As we're based in England, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Should you have confirmed that the charge was made on Syrenne’s end, please reach out to our customer support team at info@syrenne.com with the details on the charges.

Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to us and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee, if applicable.
