RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We really hope you love your Syrenne jewel, but if for any reason you are not happy with it, we are happy to accept the return of it, assisting you with either store credit or full refund on the same method of payment, with the exception of any technical limitation. Please see our Return and Exchange policies below.
Returns:
All items will be subject to a 60 days return policy.
Return costs are at the expense of the customer and we recommend that you use a tracked service. You must contact us by email to initiate your return process and we will provide you with a return address.
All items to be returned, need to be sent on their original packaging, unworn, with all accessories and other items that might have been shipped with your product. You may also be provided with a document from Syrenne that you need to include in the return package.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges. You can do returns your purchased items and buy a new item(s) again. Please see the returns policy for shop-syrenne.com here.
All refunds will be processed within 15 days of our receipt of the item for the original payment card or to a store credit if you so choose. Once we have processed your refund, you will be automatically notified by email. Please return your items unused and in its original packaging, accessories and other items that might have been shipped with your product.
Syrenne reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
Faulty items:
We do sincerely apologise if you have experienced any faults with your jewellery. We accept returns for any reason that are requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
If you receive a proven faulty item we'll be able to provide store credit in its value, so you can get a replacement 100% free. Please reach out to our customer support at shopsyrennegeneral@gmail.com
