PRE-ORDERS

Our pre-order process is just as easy as every order as it allows you to place a reservation through our website with no extra costs prior to its scheduled release date! 

HOW TO PRE-ORDER:

Simply select the desirable piece you would like to pre-order and add to your shopping cart as if you were placing a normal order. The button ‘Pre-order’ will automatically add the item to you cart.

Follow the checkout process as normal and pay for the items in your cart.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, including how long your pre-order is expected to take to to be shipped.

Once your pre-order item is ready we will dispatch your full order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in stock items, we will despatch the whole order when the pre-ordered items become available. Please make two separate orders if you do not want to wait for all your items to be dispatched together.
